Cream Cheese Frosting

 

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (1 pack)
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick)
  • 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  1. Place room temperature butter, cream cheese, and vanilla into mixer
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until fully incorporated
  3. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until frosting is light and creamy
