Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings

  • 3 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can of Chicken Broth
  • ½ Onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ can Grands Biscuits
  1. Place chicken breasts in crock pot and top with butter
  2. Add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup; add chicken broth
  3. Add diced onions and dried parsley; cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-9 hours
  4. Once cooked shred chicken
  5. Cut biscuits into 9 pieces; add biscuits to the soup and stir
  6. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour
  7. Serve warm

 

Here is a good option for a crock pot!
