Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Pureed Pumpkin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large Eggs, slightly whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 (9 inch) Pie Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In small saucepan, heat pumpkin, spices, and salt oven low heat; then pour into another bowl to cool to room temperature
  3. Whisk all ingredients together in medium bowl until combined; make sure there is no egg whites showing, it will show in final product
  4. Pour into crust and bake at 425F for 15 minutes
  5. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking 35-40 minutes
